The Client Matters Most -- Our Philosophy

Our philosophy as a company is that "our clients are everything". Very few of our competitors, if any, provide their clients with good old fashioned service, dedication and focused value. Let's make it an enjoyable and memorable experience for them. We want them to have no reservations in hiring us again and again because:

1. The client's success means everything to us. When they succeed we succeed.
2. Each project is as important to us as it is to the client.
3. No other company or team will take care of them like we do.

Our effort goes a long-long way and never fails to reward us in the end.

Mission Statement

CBCI will continually strive to provide the absolute best customer service and focus in our industry and to deliver the best code possible, using all of our expertise in our client's behalf. We will maintain a professional attitude, have fun working together as a team and make sure our clients have fun while we help them achieve success.

Goals

1. Project Success: Do everything practical and possible to help our clients achieve their project goals.
2. 100% test coverage. Be thorough and practice test-driven-development.
3. Provide continuous communication and feedback to our clients: this means at least once daily with a status, it takes so little time and effort to communicate our actions, thoughts, ideas, etc. Let's use Basecamp and Redmine to their fullest.
4. Deliver on our deadlines: If we set or agree to a deadline, do whatever it takes to meet the date.
5. Set good expectations for ourselves and our clients.
6. Leverage reusable code: let's leverage our code and write plugins, gems and libraries that we can reuse over and over again.
7. Have fun!
